But please enquire, if it's free we can be flexible, but minimum 5 days

We don't include towels, bedlinen, or cleaning in our rates. So please bring your own linen, and clean and leave as you find. We do have a local laundry service if you don't want to bring your own linen, see below for the costs, this is what they charge us.

We can also arrange to have a clean done for when you leave. This is an extra £30.

If you break anything then please replace, or let us know and reimburse us.

We like to rent to friends, colleagues etc otherwise we ask that you have someone vouch/reference you. A refundable deposit of £200 may then be required.

Terms and conditions of the rental

Unless otherwise agreed cleaning is not included in the rental. Please clean and leave ready for our next visitors, or us! Cleaning (this covers max 1.5 hours) is available by request for £30.

Last minute bookings can be accomodated. If you want to be met at the apartment, I have a local agent who will meet and greet you! Cost for this is £20. Please take care of the keys replacements will cost £100!

Linen Cost

Unless previously agreed Linen (bed duvets covers / towels / washing up towels) are not included in the rental. Please bring your own. Please ask if this is a problem as we may be able to help or if we can't we do have a local linen service which charges £20 per double including towels and tea towels, £10 per single. (e.g. for the two double beds, and the two bunk beds that would be £60)

The renter shall pay for any damage or breakages done to the premises or contents over and above normal wear and tear.

  • Once a booking has been confirmed 50% of the total amount becomes due, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.
  • Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

There is little that could go wrong in the apartment (we hope!). In the unlikely event of a failure of something we will do our best to help. We have a local contact who will help if possible. However a degree of self help or forebearance might be needed.

Do please contact ASAP if there is a problem, we will do our very best!

The small print!! This should be obvious but in case of doubt!

No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises.

The Tenants shall not sublet the property or exceed the number occupants agreed.

There shall be no smoking inside the apartment.

The renter shall maintain the apartment in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The renter shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental period.

The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired.

The above terms are accepted by the renter when making payment.
